Order Guidelines and Company Policies

Thank you for supporting B'Sweets! Every candied fruit treat and custom cake pop is handcrafted with love in Lowell, Massachusetts. To ensure the highest quality and freshest experience for your celebrations, please review our ordering, payment, pickup, and delivery policies below.

Payments

Full payment is required to secure all orders.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Payments must be sent at the time of order to secure your order.
Due to the nature of custom-made treats, all sales are final.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup times will be scheduled when your order is confirmed.
Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of being ready.
Any order not picked up within that

24-hour timeframe will be forfeited and cannot be refunded

Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Delivery fees are based on mileage and location.
Delivery times will be discussed and confirmed before your order date.
Please be available at the agreed delivery time.
If a delivery is missed, the order must be picked up within 24 hours of the attempted delivery.
Orders not picked up within that timeframe will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Order Changes

Any changes to flavors, toppings, or quantities must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
